Social networks Mail.Ru Group decided to fill the gap that has arisen after the NBU has forbidden the work of Russian payment systems. Following the social "Classmates" network the possibility of non-cash remittances earned for Ukrainian users "VKontakte". They will be able to transfer to the card Mastercard and Maestro, issued by Ukrainian banks. The service works in dialogues full and mobile versions of the site, as well as in the official mobile application "VKontakte". The transfers are made in rubles. The amount of translation may be from 100 to 75 000 (40 - 30 000 USD) per night, you can send and receive up to 150 000 (60 000 UAH) per month - up to 600 000 (240 000 UAH). By enrolling the card with the account in UAH or other currency conversion takes place according to the bank rate, which issued the card recipient.
Fee for transfers with Mastercard and Maestro cards are not charged in the framework of the action before January 8, 2017. For transfers from Visa cards it is 1% of the amount, but not less than 40 rubles. In addition, the bank that issued the card, can set their own commission and restrictions on sending and receiving transfers from card to card.


Term of the enrollment depends on the issuing bank and the beneficiary is from several seconds to several days. User can accept translation within five days from the date of dispatch. If he did not, or rejected the translation, then the money is returned to the sender's card. The sender can cancel the translation, until he received by the recipient.
